v2 is blocked on the dependent-variable decision (see Questions and Answers). Because that decision changes what is being measured, every results table, figure, and the Findings and Discussion chapters must be regenerated rather than edited. The two cover letters must also be rewritten: both lean on the measurement-gap argument, which is precisely the claim the revision destabilizes.
