Abstract
이 연구는 AI 기반 업무 전환에 대한 전문가 적응을 주제로 PRISMA 프로토콜을 활용한 체계적 문헌 리뷰를 수행한다. AI 도입이 가속화되는 현대 직업 환경에서 전문가들이 어떻게 역할을 재정의하고 역량을 재구성하며 적응 전략을 개발하는지 검토한다. 본 리뷰는 관련 선행연구를 체계적으로 수집·분석하여 AI와 인간 전문가의 협업 패턴, 적응 장벽, 촉진 요인에 대한 통합적 이해를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다.
